Our Taiwanese client, a multinational corporation specializing in electronic waste recycling, identified Vietnam as a key global hub for electronics manufacturing. However, they faced significant barriers including complex legal frameworks, limited waste collection channels (STEP), and challenges in selecting an optimal plant location.
